Air-entrained concrete.

Concept.

Exposed concrete
Concept.
Fair-faced concrete is one that is maintained during its useful life as it appears once the formwork has been removed or after finishing the surface treatment operations.
Gravity loads are body loads that simulate the force of gravity as it affects the model. When defining a gravity load, the components of gravitational acceleration in each coordinate direction are specified. A negative value is opposite to the direction of the coordinate.

Porous concrete
Concept.
Porous or permeable concrete is a type of pavement with a porous surface that is made up of concrete, it is also considered as green pavement, it allows water to run through it instead of accumulating or leaving it.

Precast concrete
Concept.
Precast concrete refers to the placement of concrete in some location other than its final position in the structure, usually in a plant.

Prestressed concrete uses steel cables placed under pressure thanks to the force of special machinery, to then pour the concrete and obtain a transfer of the tensile force, ideal for the support of structures.

Reinforced concrete
Concept.
Used for structures that require high tensile strength, reinforced concrete is a mixture of two materials: concrete and steel. By definition, it is a material in which metallic reinforcements have been added to obtain concrete of this type.

Relief Angle
Concept.
Front relief angle or clearance angle: is a letter that indicates the 90° difference measured in a plane normal to the cutting edge generated by the angle between the flank and the top surface of the insert. It allows the cutting edge to work freely and does not rub against the part to be machined.
